I went to Wal-mart today to get toothpaste and here is the deals I found:

Swanson Chicken Broth: 2 @ $1.98 - $0.75 off 2 Coupon
French's Onion: $2.76 - $0.75 off Coupon
Campbells Soup: 2 @ $0.60 - $0.40 off 2 Coupon
Del Monte Corn: $0.67 - $0.30 off Coupon
Colgate Toothpaste: $4.36 - $1.00 off Coupon
Fantastik: $1.97 - $1.50 off Coupon
Grand total Prior to Coupons: $28.39
Total after Coupons: $13.69
I think I could have done better on the toothpaste at WAGS or CVS.

hey Dawn! You are getting the concept for sure! Hold on to some of your coupons and try to hit either the Super K-Mart in Round Lake or a regular K-Mart in Woodstock or Crystal Lake. They are doing double coupon days starting the 30th and going through the 6th I think?
Also.. the CVS deal with the gift cards, I can't find that deal anymore on anyone's website.. did it turn out to be a bum deal? Do you know anyone that did that deal?
oh and as far as the TP goes, yeah you could have gotten it FREE at WAGS or CVS any week of the month. There is usually great TP every week. Just a matter of finding them.
